Fire Extinguisher:            A fully charged fire extinguisher must be with the vehicle for it to be eligible for judging.

Alcoholic Beverages:      No alcoholic beverages permitted.

Rain Or Shine:                The meet will take place rain or shine.  No refunds.

Judging and Awards:      Awards will be given to selected vehicles in the classes below. Decisions of the Head Judge and results of the Vote are final. Vehicles must be driven onto the show field under their own power. Once parked on the Show Field, all vehicles must remain turned off unless specifically instructed otherwise by a Show Judge or Official. To be eligible for awards, vehicles must be on the show field by 12:00AM and may not leave before 4:00 PM. Hood & trunk open; Windows rolled up; Convertible tops up.

Refreshments:                 The Raphine Volunteer Fire Company vendors offer a multitude of refreshment & dining opportunities. Refreshment sales at the show not authorized by The Raphine Volunteer Fire Company are prohibited.
